Student to Student

Student to Student Alumni

Since 1992 thousands of St. Louis Jewish teens have participated in JCRC's Student to Student program, which has become a nationally recognized model for Jewish teen engagement, leadership cultivation, and both interfaith and interdenominational learning.

Student to Student Alumni are Student to Student past participants who are continuing to build bridges, spark meaningful conversation, and fight bigotry and antisemitism.

Conversation Starter

In 2016, JCRC received a small grant to pilot a new program to create opportunities for conversation and build relationships with residents of rural Missouri communities.

Student to Student Alumni are taking the reigns to develop this pilot into fruitful learning and dialogue.

If you are interested in participating in the pilot, or learning more, please contact Rebecca Nathanson at (314) 341.0853 or

Alumni in Action ...

Do you participate in interfaith organizations?

Do you host a Passover seder for your non-Jewish friends?

Did you recently have one of those 'Student to Student moments' in which you spoke up and shared something about your Jewish identity with non-Jews?

Tell us about how you're living and expressing your authentic Jewish identity.

Or, if you're struggling with a situation where you feel unsafe expressing your Jewish identity at school or at work reach out to us and JCRC staff will personally get back to you with advice and direct you to resources.

We love hearing from Student to Student Alumni.

Send us a note through our contact form.
