June 1985 Apartheid
The following resolution was passed in support of the Kennedy-Gray Anti-Apartheid Act of 1985: “The JCRC of St. Louis strongly opposes the South African system of apartheid as incompatible with our commitment to equality and equal justice without regard to race, religion, nationality, or sex. The JCRC therefore urges passage by Congress of the Anti-Apartheid Act of 1985 (H.R. 1460/S. 635).”
