1. Authorize broker to transfer funds to the Jewish Federation of St. Louis account at
Charles Schwab/Buckingham Asset Management; Account# 2185-2962; DTC# 0164
2. Email jcrcstl@jcrcstl.org the following information:
- Donor Name
- Stock Name
- Number of Shares
- Date of Transfer
JCRC will notify the Jewish Federation.
