November 1990 Airport Chapel
By a vote of 21 to 3, the JCRC decided to send a letter to the Rabbinical Association and the Airport Chaplaincy Committee stating that the JCRC would not participate in the Airport Chapel, on grounds that since the chapel receives its space rent-free from the City of St. Louis, the chapel constitutes a violation of the separation of church and state.
