March 1996 Concealed Weapons

NJCRAC has taken the position since 1991 in favor of stronger gun control with regard to a waiting period and a ban on assault weapons, and at the Plenum in February 1996 passed a resolution specifically opposing concealed weapons. In support of that position, the JCRC voted unanimously to join Missouri’s Coalition Against Concealed Weapons, a group organized to oppose legislation in Missouri that would allow the carrying of concealed weapons.
